The Luton based club of the UK-TKD (United Kingdom Tae Kwon Do) organisation is based at the Cardinal Newman School in Luton.

The club is now in its tenth year having started in January 2007.

We train in the school gymnasium, which is conveniently situated right next to the car park. Please note that we also train all year round, (with the exception of Bank Holidays and Christmas). This is important, as consistency is the secret to achieving progression through the grading system and success in reaching your goals.

Club members train on Thursday nights from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. New students are welcome at any time during the year, there are no set enrolment periods; the first lesson is free so you have nothing to lose by coming along and seeing how the club operates.

The training sessions are enjoyable, but will push you gently to improve your fitness, flexibility and self confidence. New skills are introduced gradually, so no-one should be intimidated by what is expected of them. Many families train together, so it is an excellent activity that can be enjoyed by children and mums and dads alike.
